Overall Purpose of Role:

Responsible for quoting prices and offering up to date, accurate information to clients wishing to trade.


Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To service clients with regards to their trading needs
  • To update market information on the MaxiMarkets Trading Platform
  • Company Dealing System Maintenance
  • To assist clients with queries regarding trading
  • Internal services: To provide market information to sales and other colleagues

Additional Requirements

  • Languages

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • BSc degree in Finance or Economics (related experience could overcome the need for this)

Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in a financial organization

CRM Administrator


Overall Purpose of Role

Responsible for providing administrative support within the CRM (Customer Relations Management) team, pertaining to clients and client leads.


Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To update and confirm client contact details on an ongoing basis resulting in an accurate client database
  • Lead registration through various sources
  • General lead & client approach
  • Responsible for sending introductory communication with leads and clients
  • Structured periodic communication (e-mail, phone call) to leads and clients ensuring continual contact and good customer service.
  • Ongoing promotional activity (e-mail, phone call)regarding special offers for either active or non active clients
  • Various other duties when required

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Excellent computer training - Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
  • Languages: English

Experience

Essential:

  • 1-2 year experience in an office environment preferably with customer focus elements

Account Services Manager (ASM)


Overall Purpose of Role

Overall responsibility for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and retaining clients, as wellas following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity.


Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Handling new client leads (first contact) daily
  • Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients
  • Effectively handle the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints)
  • Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details

Special Requirements (equipment used, external contacts etc)

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Networking skills
  • Languages: English, Arabic, Spanish and Chinese.

Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc)

  • 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, may include overtime/weekends as part of the job
  • On call as and when required.
  • Location: London, United Kingdom.

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Excellent Computer training – Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
  • Languages: English is a must with at least one more language

Desirable

  • Degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Sales Techniques training advantageous

Experience

  • 1-2 year experience in a sales environment preferably in the financial sector
